Olivier Weber

Olivier is the Chairman of Drake Enterprises AG.

He is also Partner, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors & Head Tax for Kendris in Switzerland. Prior to joining Kendris, he was at Prager Dreifuss Ltd, BNP Paribas (Suisse) Ltd, VISCHER Ltd, and KPMG Ltd. Olivier is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert and is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association.

Olivier is President of the Federal Examination Board of Swiss Certified Tax Experts and President of the Swiss Certified Tax Experts Association.

Joseph T. Healey

Joe is a member of the Drake Enterprises AG Board of Directors.

Since 2009, Joe has been the Global Private Markets Practice Leader for Korn Ferry, which is the world’s largest Executive Recruitment and Organizational Advisory Firm. He is a well-recognized authority on talent strategy, talent acquisition, organizational design, and new fund formation in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure, Private Credit as well as other long-duration, illiquid investment strategies. For nearly 30 years he has advised General Partners, Family Offices, Institutional Asset Owners, Corporations (among others) on how to establish and develop successful private markets investment organizations. He routinely works with clients in all geographies including the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.

He is sought out for his market commentary on talent-related matters and he is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences and often quoted in industry publications. He has also served as an expert witness in various private equity-related litigation and compensation matters.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Joe was the Founder and Managing Partner of a specialist alternative asset management executive search firm formed in 2002, which was acquired by Korn Ferry in 2009. He previously led the Private Equity Practice of another global executive search firm. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Hofstra University.

Joe is a proud father of three, a recreational triathlete (Lake Placid IM 2017), an avid supporter of Broadway theater and the performing arts, and an inveterate traveler.

Nicolas Ibañez Scott

Nicolas is a Director of Drake Enterprises AG.

He led the development of the main supermarket in Chile, which became a public corporation quoted on the NYSE and which was sold to Walmart. As Chairman of The Drake Foundation he leads various philanthropic activities in the fields of education, promotion of ideas underlying a free and responsible society, culture, sports, care of the elderly and sustainability.

He was educated at The Grange School in Santiago, Chile and Repton School in England, and later graduated with honors from the Adolfo Ibañez Business School. He is alumnus of Harvard Business School. Grocer, dairy farmer and investor, he is father of three children and a lover of the outdoors. He practices mountaineering, skiing, sailing, cycling and horseback riding.

Nicolas Ibañez Varela

Nicolas is a Director of Drake Enterprises AG.

He is President and Co-Founder of Drake Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment firm based in New York which currently manages more than $200 million in assets. Previously, he formed and headed the real assets strategy at Drake Capital, managing over $150 million of invested equity in real estate, energy, and infrastructure assets in Chile.

Nicolas graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Economics and Business Administration and a Master in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez of Chile, where he is also a member of the Visiting Committee. Nicolas also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Nicolas is a board member of Harvard Club.

Edmundo Gonzalez

Edmundo is a Board Member and CIO of Drake Enterprises AG

He joined Drake Capital in 2013 and served until May 2015 as Treasurer and the Fixed Income and Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager. Between 2004 and 2007, Edmundo worked at J.P. Morgan Chile and J.P. Morgan NY as FX, Fixed Income & Derivatives trader for the Colombian and Peruvian books. From 2007 to 2013, he worked at Celfin Capital on the Fixed Income and Currencies desk, mainly as a proprietary trader and market maker. After the Celfin Capital – BTG Pactual merger, he worked as Fixed Income and Derivatives trader for the Chile operation, as well as overseeing BTG’s local balance sheet.

Edmundo graduated with a degree in Business Administration (2002) and a Master’s in Finance (2004) from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Chile.

Raphael Cica

Raphael is a Director of Drake Enterprises AG.

He is a Partner, General Counsel, Member of the Board of Directors & Head Legal of Kendris AG in Switzerland. Raphael has more than 15 years of legal experience, including five years as an attorney-at-law in one of the leading law firms in Switzerland. Before joining Kendris in 2015, he worked at Bär & Karrer AG, in Zurich, Switzerland.

Raphael has a degree in Law and Economics from University of St. Gallen and a LL.M Business Law Specialization degree from the School of Law of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Jaime de La Barra

Jaime is a Director of Drake Enterprises AG.

He is a founding partner and Chairman of Compass Group Chile and Executive Director of Compass Group Holdings. Between 1985 and 1996, he worked for Citicorp investment banking and created Santander Group’s investment research unit in Chile. Jaime is a member of the Advisory Council for Capital Markets of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Chile and Founding Partner and Director of Inbest, a non-profit organization that encourages the internationalization of the Chilean capital markets. He is a member of the Board of Icare and chairman of its Finance and Business Chapter.

Jaime holds a Business Administration degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile as well as an MBA (Palmer Scholar) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
